Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the images.
Also included in this recent document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing different parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
